The triangle blade glides through rolled dough in one smooth pass, and I've used it for both ravioli and cookie cutters already. Having two sizes means I can switch between wide lasagna sheets and delicate noodles without changing tools, which was a pleasant surprise.

The triangle shape is the real winner here—it cuts pasta sheets and crimps the edges in one pass, so my ravioli actually look presentable now. Two sizes means I can switch between wide noodles and delicate cookies without swapping tools.

The wheel glides through dough so smoothly that making ravioli actually feels effortless now, and the crimped pattern it leaves is perfectly even every single time. I've used it for both lasagna sheets and cookies, and the two sizes mean I never have to switch tools mid-project.
