The slots really do let the grease drain off cleanly, which makes a huge difference when I'm flipping burgers or sautéing vegetables. The polished surface is slick enough that nothing sticks, and it feels solid in my hand without being heavy.

The tapered edge slides under food effortlessly, and the polished surface has a nice heft that feels like it’ll last. Grease drips right through those slots, so my pancakes come out less soggy. Exactly what I needed.

The slots on this spatula drain grease so well that my pan sauces stay clean instead of turning oily. The polished surface feels smooth in hand, and the hardened edge has held its shape through weeks of daily use.
