Soul rocker knife medium med handtag av ask

Cutting through herbs and pizza with this rocker feels effortless—the hardened steel keeps an edge way longer than my old knife. The hand-forged weight and balance make it feel like a proper tool, not a gadget.

The ash handle sits so comfortably in my palm that I almost forgot I was holding it, and the hardened steel blade glides through pizza dough like it’s nothing. It’s clearly a piece of handcrafted work, not some mass-produced kitchen gadget.

Cut through a whole batch of herbs and nuts this morning and the blade didn’t even need a second pass. The hardened steel edge is razor-sharp out of the box, and the balance of the ash handle makes it feel effortless.
