The twin blades make quick work of chopping herbs and veggies alike, and the dual handles give you real leverage without your wrists aching after a long prep session. I was skeptical about the ergonomic claim, but it genuinely feels balanced and secure even when chopping through firmer items.

I was skeptical about whether double blades would actually make chopping easier, but the ergonomic grips really do cut down on hand fatigue during longer prep sessions. The force transfer feels immediate and clean, so even dense vegetables don’t require much effort.
