The little tweezers and carving tools are so precise, they make plating feel like actual artistry instead of a scramble. Everything went straight into the dishwasher after dinner and came out spotless, no staining or dulling.

The stainless steel feels substantial in hand, and the set has everything I need for precise garnishes without cluttering the drawer. I've run them through the dishwasher twice already and they come out spotless, no water marks at all.

Bought this for plating dinner party dishes and the filigree tools give such a precise finish on herbs and microgreens. They’re surprisingly substantial in the hand despite looking delicate, and the fact they handle the dishwasher without a spot is a big win for me.
