Palette Spirit gelocht 14 cm

The slots are evenly spaced and wide enough that oil drains quickly without food slipping through, which is exactly what I need for frying. It's a solid, sturdy tool, though I wish the head were slightly angled for scooping out of deep pans more easily.

The handle sits comfortably in my hand even after flipping a dozen pancakes, and the 14 cm width is just right for smaller pans. Only wish the slots were slightly wider for draining more liquid at once, but it does the job well.

The perforations let excess oil drain off cleanly when I'm lifting fried eggs, and the handle stays cool enough to grip without a mitt. Took a couple days to get used to the shorter length, but for quick pan work it does exactly what I need.
