Palette Spirit Nylon 270°C

The nylon edge is noticeably more flexible than my old metal spatula, yet it still flips a thick veggie burger without bending out of shape. Heated up on the grill all afternoon and nothing warped or melted at all. This is the only turner I reach for now.

The handle stays cool even when I’m flipping things in a screaming-hot pan, and the nylon edge glides without scratching my nonstick. Cleanup is a quick rinse, no warping after weeks of use. Exactly what I needed for high-heat cooking.

I was a bit skeptical about nylon tools at high heat, but this palette hasn’t warped or discolored even after searing at full flame. It’s rigid enough to flip a heavy burger yet flexible enough to scrape up every bit of fond. Cleanup is a quick wipe, which makes it my go-to for weeknight stir-fries.
