The award it won in 2017 makes sense once you try it—this thing finally makes small fish like anchovies actually manageable. I love that it’s cleverly designed to solve the whole fillet problem without making a mess. My weekend sardine prep went from a chore to a quick, neat job.

I’ve fileted a whole box of sardines in under ten minutes, and the blade positioning makes it so I’m not fighting the tiny bones like I used to. It’s clever enough that I’m actually looking forward to prepping anchovies next weekend.

Won the 2017 award and honestly, it shows—the way it handles sardines and anchovies without mangling them is almost surgical. I've stopped dreading fish prep nights entirely.
