The v-shaped blade makes carving decorative notches into apples and carrots so much easier than my old paring knife. Got clean, precise cuts on a block of cheese too, and it hasn’t dulled after a week of daily use.

I was a bit skeptical about how cleanly it would carve out those sharp corners, but the v-shaped tip glides through a firm pear like butter. Even on cheese, the cuts come out crisp and precise without any tearing. Definitely my new go-to for garnishing.

The v-shaped blade is perfect for cutting clean little notches into apples for a fruit platter—it’s sharp enough that I don’t have to press hard at all. I’ve also used it on a block of cheddar, and the edges come out surprisingly crisp.
