I was skeptical about getting those long noodle strands without a spiralizer, but the stainless blades cut through carrots like butter and the pieces really do come out endless. Tossed it in the dishwasher after and it came out spotless, which is a huge win for my lazy cleaning habits.

Finally got around to making zucchini noodles after months of eyeing this, and wow, the blades actually slice through the whole veggie in one continuous spiral — no annoying breaking.
