It’s been on my counter for two weeks now and I reach for it every morning, the sturdy blade handles cold cream cheese without bending at all. Even the handle feels balanced in my hand, not too heavy, not slippery. Exactly what I needed for everyday spreading.

The serrated edge glides through a cold stick of butter without tearing the bread, which is exactly what I needed for weekday bagel mornings. It’s also comfortable to hold for longer spreading sessions on thick cream cheese. Not a single complaint after a few weeks of heavy use.

The blade is sturdy but slim enough to slice through cold butter without mangling the bread, which is exactly what I needed for my morning toast routine. It's become my go-to for spreading cream cheese evenly too, and it cleans up in seconds.
