The edge is angled just right, so I can slide it under a slice of potato without smashing it, and the flipping motion feels natural every time. I've had flimsier turners bend on me, but this one stays firm even when I'm working with a full pan.

The long handle gives me plenty of leverage, so I can flip a whole pan of potatoes without them scattering or breaking apart. It's become my go-to tool for Sunday breakfast, and cleaning it takes seconds.

Finally, a turner that actually gets the potatoes crispy on both sides without shredding them to bits. The angled edge slides under even the most delicate pieces, and the handle stays cool during a full batch on high heat.
