Spirit 甜點抹刀

I’ve been using this palette for my chocolate work and cake finishing, and the angled blade glides through buttercream without leaving drag marks. It’s also surprisingly easy to clean, which makes a big difference when I’m switching between ganache and frosting mid-project.

The angled blade gives me way more control than my old straight spatula—smoothing ganache over a cake feels almost effortless now. It’s become my go-to for any quick spreading job, and cleanup’s a breeze. This one’s earned a permanent spot in my drawer.

The angled blade feels well-balanced in my hand, and it spreads batter evenly across a pan without much effort. Only wish it came with a protective cover for storage, but otherwise it does the job cleanly.
