I was skeptical about upgrading my old grater, but this one’s build quality is immediately obvious the second you start shredding. It handles a block of cheddar without wobbling on the counter, and cleanup is quick since the design is so straightforward. Exactly what I needed for daily kitchen prep.

The handle feels rock solid in my hand, and the blade hasn't dulled one bit after a month of shredding parmesan on weekday pasta. For the price, this is exactly what I needed for quick grating without it slipping around the counter.

I’ve used it nearly every day for two weeks now and the blade still slices through hard cheese like it’s butter. The sturdy build gives me confidence it won’t bend or wobble mid-grate, which is exactly what I need from a daily tool.
