The plum wood handle has a lovely natural grain and feels solid in the hand—you can tell it’s been shaped with care. It pops caps off cleanly every time, and the handcrafted finish makes it feel more like a keepsake than a kitchen tool.

The box it arrives in feels like a small gift already—nice touch for a present. The plum wood handle sits warm and solid in my hand, and the blade lifts caps cleanly without any prying effort. Handcrafted in Solingen, you can tell the care that went into it.
