侍酒刀 不鏽鋼 黑色 附關節

I’ve had waiter knives that fell apart after a few washes, but this one’s been through the dishwasher a dozen times and the stainless blade still zips through foil caps cleanly. The double joint gives just enough leverage without feeling flimsy in my palm.

The double hinge snaps open smoothly every time, and the serrated edge cuts through foil caps without tearing. I’ve run it through the dishwasher a few times now and it still looks brand new, which honestly surprised me.

The blade on this one is fine and the double joint opens wine bottles smoothly, though I wish the black finish felt a bit more premium in hand. That said, it slices through foil caps without any fuss, and being dishwasher-safe is a real plus for everyday use.
