Spirit栗子刀

The compact blade gives me way more control than a paring knife ever did, and the tip makes scoring chestnuts surprisingly quick. Been using it on shallots too, which I didn't expect.

Bought this mainly for chestnut season and it's become my go-to for small prep jobs like shallots and garlic too. The compact blade is genuinely precise, though I do wish the handle were a touch longer for bigger hands.

The short blade gives me way more control when scoring chestnuts than my old paring knife ever did. It's small enough to keep in the drawer without taking up space, and the tip is sharp right out of the box. Roasting season just got a lot less frustrating.
