帕瑪森起司刨絲器（附收集盒）

The built-in catcher is genius — no more cheese snow all over my counter. I grated a block of parmesan for risotto and everything stayed contained, then it popped right off for rinsing. Solid little tool if you cook with hard cheese often.

Grated a whole block of parmesan for pasta night and barely any of it ended up on the counter, which never happens with my old box grater. The little catcher box snaps off easily for dumping straight into the pan.

The little catcher box is the best part — I grated a pile of parmesan for pasta and barely any of it ended up on the counter. It's compact enough that I just leave it in the drawer, and cleanup took seconds.
