愛心上菜環

The heart shape is sturdier than I expected and the edges cut cleanly through warm rice without dragging. I've used it for plating rice and mashed potatoes, and both times the shape held perfectly.

Used this to plate a risotto for my partner's birthday and the heart shape held the rice perfectly without any leaks. The ring feels sturdy in the hand, not flimsy like some cheap molds I've tried. Cleaning it took seconds under warm water too.

The heart shape is subtle enough that it works for everyday plating, not just Valentine's stuff. I've used it for rice, mashed potatoes, and even a little stack of sliced strawberries. Rinses clean in seconds since there are no seams for food to catch in.
