Finally a brush that doesn't trap grease in the middle of the bristles—this silicone one rinses clean in seconds, and the handle feels sturdy even when my hands are wet. It's made glazing my pastries way less fiddly, and I've already tossed my old nylon one.

The bristles are heat-resistant up to a point where I can brush right after pulling the tray out, no melting or bending. Glazing my pastries has been mess-free since the silicone doesn't soak up egg wash like my old brush did. It's my go-to for coating everything evenly now.
