I bake a lot of layer cakes and the flexible blade really does make spreading buttercream over the sides feel effortless - no more digging in and tearing the sponge. The matte brushed finish feels nice and grippy, and it's held up perfectly through a solid month of heavy weekend use.

The riveted ABS handle gives a solid, secure grip even when my hands get a bit slippery from buttercream. Cleanup is quick too — the matte brushed finish doesn't hold onto residue. Definitely my go-to for smoothing cake sides now.
