Spirit 斜角抹刀

The bent handle makes spreading butter or frosting feel almost effortless, and I love that I can reach the corners of a baking pan without tilting my wrist. It's solidly built too, so I expect this to last through years of weekend baking.

The angled blade makes spreading so much easier on corners of cake boards, and it feels sturdy in the hand without any flex. Cleanup is quick, just a wipe and it’s done. Really glad I picked this up for frosting work.

This is my second one, the first went to a friend who immediately asked where she could get it. The angled tip truly helps me get into corners of bowls and spread frosting evenly without dipping my knuckles.
