番茄削皮器 Spirit

I've been blanching tomatoes for years and always ended up mangling them with a paring knife. This little peeler takes the skin off in one clean strip without squishing the flesh at all. The handle sits comfortably even when my hands are wet.

The blade actually glides under the skin instead of cutting into the flesh, so I get clean halves every time. I've been using it for a batch of sauce tomatoes and it's way less fiddly than a paring knife.
