I've used a lot of peelers over the years, but this one glides through carrots with almost no effort. The blade stays sharp and takes off such a thin layer that I'm wasting way less potato than usual.

The vertical blade makes peeling carrots so much easier than my old horizontal one, and it takes off just a thin layer so nothing goes to waste. I’ve used it almost every day for a week now and it still feels as sharp as the first time.

Honestly, I was skeptical about the vertical grip, but it makes peeling carrots and potatoes so much faster since my wrist stays straight. The blade really does cut thin and sparing, so I'm wasting way less of the veggie than with my old peeler.
