Chopping through a whole head of cabbage felt almost effortless, and I barely noticed my hand cramping after a long prep session. The two handles really do let you put your weight into it without the blade twisting.

The two ergonomic grips make a huge difference—even after chopping a mountain of herbs, my hands don’t cramp up at all. Really solid leverage on this one, feels like the blade does half the work.

Took a while to get used to the double handles, but once I did, the rocker motion feels so smooth and controlled. The ergonomic grips really do transfer power well, and I can prep vegetables for a whole week without any hand fatigue.
