I’ve tried plenty of zesters that slip or just shred the pith, but this one gives that bright citrus finish without any bitterness. The handle feels sturdy in my hand and the blade glides so smoothly that I actually look forward to prepping garnishes now.

The blade glides through lemon peel with barely any pressure, and I love that it doesn't dig into the pith like my old one did. Cleanup is a quick rinse and it's already made my pasta and cocktails taste brighter this week.
