Spirit雕花刀

The handle sits perfectly in my palm, so those tiny garnishing cuts feel steady and controlled rather than shaky. I’ve already used it for carving a roast and it glides through without tearing the meat.

The blade's narrow profile gives me precise control when I'm doing fine carving work, and it holds an edge through a whole dinner prep session. I've reached for it every single day since it arrived, which says a lot coming from someone who usually sticks to one chef's knife.

For someone who does a lot of delicate work on plates, this tool is a game changer. The grip is so precise for garnishing that I've basically stopped using my other paring knife entirely. It just feels like an extension of my hand when I'm carving small details.
