Spirit雕花刀

The flat chisel edge gives me way more precision than my old chef’s knife when slicing herbs or trimming delicate cuts. It’s become my go-to for tasks that need a steady hand.

The blade’s fine edge gives me real control when trimming meat, but the handle feels a bit short for my larger hand. Still, for precise work it gets the job done well.

It’s noticeably lighter than my old chef’s knife, which makes precise trimming and detail work a lot less tiring. The chisel grind takes a bit of getting used to for rocking cuts, but for straight-down work it’s fantastic.
